Sure~ Well on the list of earrings for sale here: [link] E1, E7 and E11 are all the light pink and blue combo. E11 and E7 are the largest of the three. Let me know if you like any of those~ If not we can always do a custom order. what is the estimated size of the large gauges?

They range from 3-4 inches in length for the large ones. But as you can see in the picture of the girl with the pink and green ones, they can be as small as an inch! It really just depends on what the customer wants.
